fc66 Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and fc66 ("we", "us", "our", "fc66"), the operator of the online gambling platform available at https://fc66.bar (the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet, wager, or casino stake, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and maintain an fc66 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. fc66 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years and will not knowingly provide services to any person under this age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a location in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, corporation, or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any employee or officer of fc66 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the fc66 Platform.

fc66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Until satisfactory age verification documents are received and approved, fc66 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity on the account.

Where fc66 determines, following investigation, that a player was under 21 years of age at the time of registration or at any point during their use of the Platform, fc66 will immediately suspend the account, void all bets and casino wagers placed during the period of underage use, and return deposited funds (net of any amounts already withdrawn) to the payment source used for deposit. fc66 will report such cases to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full functionality of the fc66 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or other registered payment wallet. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered fc66 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, fc66 reserves the right to merge the accounts, close the duplicate accounts, void any bets or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts, and permanently suspend the player from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fc66 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. fc66 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fc66 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

fc66 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts prior to the first withdrawal and periodically thereafter. KYC verification requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit. fc66 may also request proof of address. Processing of withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. fc66 will endeavour to complete KYC reviews within two (2) Bangladesh Standard Time business days of receiving all required documentation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fc66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fc66 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency wallets.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's fc66 account balance in real time upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) BST business days to reflect. fc66 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside fc66's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets are typically completed within 30 minutes during BST business hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) BST business days. fc66 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawals that exceed ৳50,000 or that are flagged by the Platform's anti-fraud systems.

4.4 Dormant Account Policy

An fc66 account is considered dormant if the player has not logged in for a period of 12 consecutive months. fc66 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts with a positive balance. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account should contact fc66 support. Any remaining balance following the deduction of dormancy fees will be returned to the player upon successful identity verification.

5. Betting Rules and Sports Markets

5.1 Placement of Bets

All sports bets placed on the fc66 Platform are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. By confirming a bet, you accept the odds displayed at that moment. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn — subject to the void bet provisions set out in section 5.3 below.

5.2 Cricket Market Rules

fc66 offers live and pre-match betting markets on BPL, IPL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series involving Bangladesh, and other international cricket fixtures. Cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (Bangladesh Cricket Board, BCCI, ICC, or equivalent). In the event that a match is abandoned, suspended, or forfeited before the minimum number of overs required for an official result has been completed, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Live in-play markets may be suspended at any time at fc66's discretion.

5.3 Void Bets

fc66 reserves the right to declare a bet void in any of the following circumstances: the market was priced in error due to a technical fault or data feed failure; the event was cancelled, abandoned, or forfeited before an official result was declared; there is evidence of match manipulation or corrupt activity affecting the relevant event; or the bet was placed after the event's official start time due to a data latency issue. In all void bet scenarios, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

fc66 applies a maximum single-event payout cap of ৳5,000,000 per player per event. Accumulator bets are subject to a maximum total payout of ৳2,000,000. These limits apply across all sports markets and may be adjusted for specific high-profile events at fc66's discretion.

6. Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available on the fc66 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, virtual table games, and instant win titles — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own paytable, RTP (Return to Player) percentage, and game rules, which are displayed within the game interface.

fc66 does not control the RNG (random number generator) outcomes of third-party games. All casino games hosted on the Platform use certified RNG software that has been independently audited for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or data error during a casino game round, the round will be declared void and the stake returned to the player's account. 7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

fc66 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds credited to an fc66 account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount. Sports betting wagers contributing to wagering requirements must be placed at minimum odds of 1.80. Casino wagers on slots contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; live casino table games contribute 10%; and all other game types contribute at rates specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering progress is visible in the player's account dashboard under the "Bonuses" section.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

fc66 operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing hedged or low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements; using arbitrage strategies in conjunction with bonus funds; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, fc66 reserves the right to void the bonus, void all bets placed using bonus funds, withhold any resulting winnings, and permanently close the player's account.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonus funds and associated free spins expire 30 calendar days after the date of credit. Any unmet wagering requirement and any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

8. Responsible Gaming

fc66 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and controlled gambling. The Platform provides every registered player with a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from the account dashboard at no cost. These tools include:

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or using more than one registered account, whether individually or in coordination with other persons.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any way, including bet placement, odds monitoring, or account management.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or technical faults in the Platform's software for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting market prices.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing fc66 support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool in a manner intended to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, odds, or software from the Platform without fc66's written consent.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

fc66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 months; receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory directive requiring account closure; or where fc66 reasonably determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Where an account is closed by fc66 for reasons other than proven fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified account balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of outstanding KYC requirements. fc66 will endeavour to process such refunds within ten (10) BST business days of account closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their fc66 account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within two (2) BST business days. Any outstanding balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following KYC verification.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fc66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.

fc66 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available continuously or free from technical errors, security vulnerabilities, or data loss. While fc66 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit TLS encryption and regular penetration testing, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Players are advised to use strong, unique passwords and to enable two-factor authentication on their accounts.

The odds and market information displayed on the fc66 Platform are provided for the purpose of facilitating betting transactions. They do not constitute financial, investment, or sports analysis advice. fc66 is not responsible for any decisions made by players based on information published on the Platform, including odds movements, match statistics, or promotional material.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit fc66's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by fc66's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

fc66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fc66 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. The revised Terms will take effect 7 calendar days after the notification date for existing players, and immediately for new players registering after the publication date.

If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in section 10. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
